• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Certain products such as e-liquids and disposable vapes cannot be returned if they have been opened due to health and safety concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• E-liquids (if the seal is broken).
• Disposable vapes (if the packaging is opened).
• Any product that has been used or is not in its original condition.

3. Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
